What Is Included?
Pricing includes reasonable troubleshooting, explanation of findings, and recommendations for next steps. If a repair requires parts, paid software, vendor support, or advanced recovery work, those costs are separate.
If something cannot be fixed remotely, FastR1 will explain the issue and recommend the next practical option instead of pretending magic is included in the hourly rate.
